Community Guidelines

The standards of behaviour we expect from everyone on Crive — buyers, sellers and dealers.

Last updated 12 July 2026 · Maintained by the Crive team.

This page is provided as general information about how Crive operates and is not a substitute for legal advice. If you have specific legal questions, please consult a qualified professional.

Be respectful

Treat other members professionally. No harassment, hate speech, discrimination or personal attacks — in listings, messages, reviews or live chat.

Be honest

  • Describe vehicles truthfully and disclose known issues.
  • Do not misrepresent your identity or credentials.
  • Reviews must reflect a genuine transaction experience.

Keep it on Crive

Complete transactions on the Platform so both parties benefit from Buyer Protection, secure payments and dispute resolution. Off-platform side deals are not covered by any of our protections.

No spam or self-promotion

  • Do not send unsolicited messages or post links to external marketplaces.
  • Do not use listings, reviews or Q&A to advertise unrelated services.

No illegal content

Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes intellectual property, or that you do not have the right to share.

Reporting

If you see behaviour or content that breaks these guidelines, use the report tool on the listing, message or profile. Our moderators review every report.

Consequences

Violations can lead to content removal, warnings, temporary suspension or permanent bans, depending on severity and history. Serious cases may be escalated to law enforcement.
