This page is provided as general information about how Crive operates and is not a substitute for legal advice. If you have specific legal questions, please consult a qualified professional.

1. Verified sellers

Only sellers who complete identity, address and contact verification can publish auctions. Verified status is displayed on every listing.

2. Secure payments

Winning-bid payments are collected via our regulated payment partner. Funds are only released to the seller after the buyer confirms collection or after a statutory holding period, whichever is later.

3. Accurate listings

Sellers must disclose known defects, service history and any material issues. Misrepresentation is grounds for cancellation, full refund and account action against the seller.

4. Dispute window

If the vehicle materially differs from its listing, open a dispute within 72 hours of collection via the auction message thread or by emailing disputes@crive.app. Include photos and inspection notes.

5. What is covered

  • Undisclosed structural or mechanical faults present at time of sale.
  • Incorrect VIN, mileage or specification.
  • Missing documents essential to registration.

6. What is not covered

  • Wear-and-tear consistent with age and mileage.
  • Issues disclosed in the listing or Q&A.
  • Damage occurring after collection.

7. Resolution

Where a claim is upheld, Crive will facilitate a refund, price adjustment or return in accordance with the Refund Policy.
